MI Metals takes advantage of every opportunity to help the community. MI Metals works closely with local governments and is always looking for opportunities to be good local citizens. For example, the Company lends the Oldsmar fire department use of its property for training, including having them build a training obstacle course on the property. Due to their exemplary measures to help the community as a whole, MI Metals’ Florida plan was recognized as the 2011 Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce “Manufacture of the Year”.
